Meet Cynthia S. Dayco: Avyan's new transformative leader

We’re excited to welcome Cynthia S. Dayco as the new CEO of Avyan Global.

Cynthia brings over two decades of leadership across creative, media, and brand marketing — from Leo Burnett, JWT, and Lintas Indonesia, to GroupM in Manila and Singapore, Mead Johnson, and most recently, Metrobank, where she built and led the bank’s in-house creative team. She is also Vice President of the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP) and champion of its Digital for All advocacy.

Her appointment marks a new chapter for Avyan’s flagship office, as we continue to evolve from a digital-first agency to a fully integrated partner, bridging creative, data, and technology.
